The following is required for ALL coaches:

1. USA Hockey Registration - USA Hockey Member Registration

2. Background Screening (only your email confirmation is needed) - USAH Background Screen

3. Concussion Certification -NSFH Learning Center OR CDC HEADS UP to Youth Sports Online Training

4. Safe Sport - USA Hockey SafeSport Training

5. Age-Specific Modules - USA Hockey Age Specific Modules - Must be completed prior to being rostered and on the ice with a team.

6. CAHA Coaches Corner - Coaches Corner

Please upload the documentation you have and if needed,  you will receive a follow up email from CSAHA's Registrar letting you know what documents you will need to complete by 12/31/22.

Team managers only - you must enter your USA Hockey number with lowercase letters for the 3 letters of your last name: i.e. 123456789xxlas. If you use capital letters the system cannot validate your USAH number.
