NOTE: Teams are not permitted to play at a level lower than their USA Hockey registered level, unless approved by the Tournament Director. An official USA Hockey Registration/Roster will be required.

Tournament fees are paid online as part of the registration process. CSAHA accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Cards, and E-checks. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to your tournament fee.

By completing this registration and submitting payment, the Team Manager confirms that the team is registering for the division specified in the Tournament Division Placement section, confirms the Team Manager has read the Tournament Rules, agrees to use tournament hotels (handled by Traveling Teams), and understands that the team and parents must adhere to the USA Hockey Code of Conduct and will be held liable for any damage done to rinks and/or locker rooms during the tournament. The Team Manager also acknowledges that once the team has been accepted into the tournament, no refunds of tournament fees will be made should the team choose to withdraw from the tournament
